Customized Employment Services (CES) facilitates competitive employment in a community based work setting for individuals with disabilities. CES provides assistance with job seeking skills such as job application preparation, resume development and practicing interviewing skills. CES services also help with job assessment, job development, job placement, job coaching, and individualized supervision. Another area of Customized Employment includes development of work habits, work behaviors, attitude, problem solving and team work. Customized Employment is funded by Vocational Rehabilitation (VRS) and/or through the CADI, DD, and TBI waivers.
